About Ireland Government Scholarship
The 2023 GOI-IES initiative aims to show Ireland’s commitment to potential partner countries. A partnership between the Government of Ireland and the institutions of higher learning supports the programme, which is managed in the higher education sector (HEIs). Scholarships are marketed as exceptional incentives, which is in line with Ireland’s positioning as a hub for global innovation, research, and education. It is hoped that more potential students will learn about Ireland as a global hub of excellence with each scholarship recipient.

Successful Students will receive
